This local business has server my family well since moving to Sunbury. They know both my children and when I come in they can give me advice on what they have been looking at, admiring etc making it easy for me to buy birthday presents. They have their sizes on files taking that issue away too. Fantastic people, and the best service. Second to none! Thank you Kerry

2 days before leaving for my Europe trip I finally found the perfect pinterest pair of Reeboks I had been searching for. I went out on a limb and wrote a message in the order asking if they could be posted today because I realllllyyyy wanted them. 15 minutes later I get 2x emails, 1 saying my item has been shipped and another from the brand saying they have posted it and I got the shoes from VIC to another state in 1 day!! Their customer service experience is unmatched and I could not recommend this brand enough and even after all that the shoes were perfect quality <333333

Them People store is my happy place. Today I received efficient help from two of the wonderful staff, simply for choosing a top colour and fit! They are always happy to help and are so good at giving you honest opinions and their customer service is top notch! I have and will always love this amazing store and staff

Another excellent experience at Them People Sunbury today. With two teenage boys, it’s our go to for top quality, comfortable clothing. Staff are always helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

All the people working there are an angels, they are so helpful, i wish we could do shopping like this everywhere. And we shouldn't forget the helpfulness of the young man working there I want to call him a good-hearted young man named Oscar.

The 2 girls who were working around 10.30am on 6/5/25 were so so lovely to my parents and I who aren’t from the area and had never been to the store before! They helped us find sizes, had a lovely chat with us with heaps of laughs and smiles! Highly recommend and huge thanks to these 2 amazing girls! ☺️☺️

Shopped at People this morning and was greeted and helped by very friendly staff. Young man was very polite, kind and patient with us , and was able to suggest and help with our purchase. Highly recommend customer service was excellent Thankyou

It's a great store, it has a little bit of everything 😀 I went in trying to find a beanie outside of the season for selling them, and even though they weren't out on the floor the salesman ( Travis N., who has a great humour & poker face by the way so I would avoid playing that with him 😉) He Knew of their stock and had great knowledge which helped me and made the effort to find some for me to pick from. I am very happy with the friendly assistance I got and my purchase! Thank you to the staff at People.😊
